Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Celebrates Its Anniversary With New ContentÂ
The Warhammer franchise has become increasingly popular in the video games industry. Warhammer: Vermintide 2 will officially celebrate its seven year anniversary with a month long celebration highlighting the game and showing off more of Warhammer 40,000: Darktide as it nears release. Players can get their hands on the new content for the game on November 8th. Furthermore, the game will be available for free on PC via Steam.
The Trail of Treachery is an upcoming free update for the game that contains the first mission of the new Treacherous adventure. Furthermore, players will escort a caravan filled with precious cargo to a village plagued with misfortune. The content update features a precarious mountain path and a snowy adventure. Moreover, players can look forward to the second act in 2023.
Additionally, on November 30th, Fatshark will be releasing its next game, Darktide. As the company celebrates the release of the third game in the ‘Tide’ franchise, players that pre-ordered the title will enjoy early access along with Double XP and and 60% off selected DLC in Vermintide.
In Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, players will head to the dark city of Tertium where they will meet a variety of bloodthirsty and powerful foes. Also, players will be able to select their own character, customize it to their taste and craft their own playstyle using many weapons and options. Darktide offers an evolved combat system with melee and long-ranged options as well as unpredictable and unique challenges for players to conquer.
