Origin Users Can Try Out Battlefield 5 for Free Throughout October
Battlefield 5 will have a three free weekend trials for Origin users starting on Thursday. Each weekend trial will feature three game modes: Rush, Conquest, and Grand Operations.
Additionally, according to EA, during these free trial periods “an onboarding segment of the Squad Conquest mode and all of the War Stories, the untold and unplayed single-player stories inspired by real WW2 events, will be available.”
Notably, these free trials are happening at the same time as Battlefest 2019, which is a community event that allows players to take on weekly challenges to win in-game rewards. Trial players can participate in Battlefest and any progress made by them will carry over to the full game if it’s purchased.
The free trial periods are as follows: October 10-13 (Rush), October 17-20 (Conquest), and October 24-27 (Grand Operations).
