Kingdom Hearts III Announced as the Best-Selling Game of 2019 to Date
NPD has just rolled out their latest statistics for everything gaming and as it turns out Kingdom Hearts III is kicking some serious ass and taking a whole lot of names. As of the end of March 2019, Kingdom Hearts III is the best-selling title in North America.
Despite some strong competition from both the fall and winter of last year, as well as some a bit more recent, Kingdom Hearts III has managed to take hold of the top spot and maintain its position. So what about some of these competitors? According to the latest NPD report Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 isn’t that far behind, followed by Anthem, Resident Evil 2, and Red Dead Redemption 2. Now, despite the strong showing of Kingdom Hearts III for the entire year, it’s nowhere to be found on March’s top ten best-selling games. The Division 2 takes the crown here, with Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and MLB The Show 19 in the second and third places respectively. You can check out the full top ten for the month of March below.
