Diablo III: Eternal Collection Video Review

Blizzard can easily be accused of crafting some of the most addicting games in gaming history. Anything with their name attached to it is somehow immediately the game to drop hundreds of hours into without batting an eye, and Diablo III has been no different since its initial release. The dark and gritty dungeon crawler that spent far too long to finally get made has clawed its way through the pile of corpses onto the Nintendo Switch, bringing the addicting and brilliant experience to the portable console. How well does the Switch handle such a gorgeous game? Watch our video review below to find out.

Diablo III: Eternal Collection is the third entry in the dungeon crawling series. Set twenty years after the events of Diablo II, the game begins with Deckard Cain researching a terrible prophecy, only for a star to fall into the Tristram Cathedral and create a giant chasm, with Deckard falling deep within. Players can pick from one of seven playable classes, each with unique combat styles and abilities. You’ll be able to choose your load-out and engage in combat in a variety of ways while customizing your appearance, unlocking new abilities, and attempting to save Sanctuary from the coming threat of Diablo.

The Eternal Collection features all previous DLC content from Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer, including adding the Necromancer as a playable class. The game has been well received by critics and set a record for fastest selling PC game during its initial release with 3.5 million copies selling in the first 24 hours.
