Battle Chasers: Nightwar is an RPG based on the comic book series of the same name. Players will control Gully, a young girl whose legendary warrior of a father has disappeared, leaving behind his powerful gauntlets. As opposed to returning to the origin story, Battle Chasers: Nightwar drops players in the thick of things and lets you learn about this cast of characters through their actions in a way that feels natural. The game offers an interchangeable cast of characters, a plethora of equipment, crafting system, and unique combat system which is complex in its strategy but not enough to melt your brain. This is a game that stands out among the recent slew of first-person shooters and sports games and is sure to find its way to cult-classic status with ease.
