Nova Era: Atom Opens Public Playtest for Its Spaceship MMORPG on Steam

Help Shape the World of Nova Era: Atom

Nova Era: Atom is inviting PC players to take part in its latest public playtest, with the “Search, Strike, Extract” test now live on Steam. Publisher Hype Kid and developer Amazing Game have opened the doors to the spaceship MMORPG, giving players a chance to explore its sci-fi universe ahead of its full release.

The playtest runs from September 26 through October 11 and does not require a separate registration process. Players can simply head to the game’s Steam page and join the test.

Set within the mysterious “String Realm,” Nova Era: Atom takes players across multiple galaxies, each featuring different civilizations, resources, enemies, and alien creatures. Players will explore dangerous sectors, gather raw materials, establish bases, craft equipment, and battle hostile factions while developing their technology.

The “Search, Strike, Extract” test also puts several of the game’s core systems in the spotlight. Players can build their ships using five-part assemblies and hot-swappable chips, allowing them to change weapon and defensive setups during missions. Four classes and talent builds provide additional options for creating different playstyles.

The test also features MMO-style open-world activities, including exploration, resource gathering, contracts, and encounters with enemies throughout the galaxy. Players can further upgrade their Flux Core ships to venture into increasingly dangerous regions.

With the playtest running for a limited time, Nova Era: Atom offers space MMO fans a chance to get an early look at its exploration, combat, and progression systems before the game officially launches.
