Crown Control Is Scheduled to Arrive on Steam in Q4 2026

Restore Order in Crown Control

Melioarc has officially announced that Crown Control is coming to Steam in Q1 2026, bringing a mix of turn-based combat, deckbuilding, and roguelike progression. The game will also support controllers and be compatible with Steam Deck and ROG Ally. You can take a look at the official trailer below to get a glimpse of the action ahead.

Crown Control is built around online co-op for up to four players, although you can also tackle the entire adventure solo. Players choose from a range of heroes and use cards to attack enemies, defend allies, heal, summon creatures, set traps, and even reshape the battlefield during isometric, turn-based encounters.

With 21 classes, including Knight, Archer, Thief, and White Mage, each hero has unique abilities, attacks, skills, ultimates, and specialized cards. Positioning also plays a major role, with movement, range, and multi-cell enemies adding another layer of strategy to every battle.

Each run takes players through five chapters containing five acts each, with elites, regional bosses, and epic encounters standing between them and victory. More than 50 enemy types can appear throughout the journey, while battles and events reward players with XP, cards, relics, equipment, and gold. Between runs, players can return to The Breach, their central hub, where they can equip gear, select quests, and prepare for their next expedition.

With plenty of classes, cards, builds, and co-op combinations to experiment with, Crown Control could be an interesting one to watch for strategy fans. Players can wishlist the game on Steam and sign up for updates, playtests, and the upcoming demo.
