Become a Pawsome Chef in Foxy Dumplings
Indie developer Soft Crunch Games has announced that Foxy Dumplings, a cozy cooking and life simulator, will launch on Steam in Q4 2026. The game follows Lisa, a burnt-out chef who leaves her old life behind and hits the road with a unique dumpling food truck.
Foxy Dumplings puts cooking at the center of Lisa’s journey. Players can experiment with different fillings, flavours, and cooking styles inspired by cuisines from around the world. You can follow traditional recipes, create vegan dumplings, or simply come up with something completely original. Each city and customer will also have different tastes, making it important to pay attention to what people want.
Lisa’s food truck is more than just a kitchen. The three-story vehicle includes a kitchen and driving area, a personal bedroom, and even a greenhouse where players can grow plants. The entire truck can also be customised to make it feel like home while travelling from city to city.
Along the way, Lisa will meet new people, build friendships, and help communities. The cities she visits will change based on her actions, with even small acts of kindness helping her business grow.
Players can also share their culinary creations through Foxtagram, where posts can unlock stickers, filters, and decorations. Building a unique online presence could eventually turn Lisa into a dumpling celebrity.
