Make It Shine in Starship Troopers: Extermination
The chaotic battlefields of Starship Troopers: Extermination are getting an unusual twist, as developer Offworld Industries and publisher Knights Peak roll out a limited-time live event titled Operation Stalwart Sanitation.
Set on the war-torn planet Valaka, the event shifts focus from pure combat to cleanup on a massive scale. Following a recent Vanguard victory, the battlefield is now full of bug remains and thick layers of slime. The Federation is now calling on its elite troopers to step in and restore order, turning the aftermath of war into a mission of its own.

Operation Stalwart Sanitation introduces a new experimental tool, the XU-9 ‘Spitshine,’ designed specifically to deal with the overwhelming mess. This specialized equipment allows players to blast away alien residue, polish the terrain, and transform the once-chaotic battleground into something surprisingly pristine. The event blends the game’s signature large-scale action with a more unconventional objective, offering a fresh take on the usual gameplay loop.
Players will still experience intense encounters as they work through some of the messiest environments yet. All while maintaining the cooperative, high-pressure action of the game. The challenge lies not only in surviving but also in completing the cleanup under hostile conditions.
As a limited-time event, Operation Stalwart Sanitation encourages players to jump in quickly and take part in the Federation’s latest mission. It is a different kind of war effort, one that proves even in victory, there is still work left to be done.
