Turtle Beach Announces Delicious Mario Controller and Headset for Switch 2
Turtle Beach has unveiled two new Mario-themed peripherals: the Rematch Wireless Controller: Mario & Luigi and the Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset – Mario Star for the Nintendo Switch 2.
Both accessories are officially licensed by Nintendo and will be compatible with the Switch 2 when they launch globally on March 30, 2026.
Pre-orders are now available through Turtle Beach and participating retailers.

Mario & Luigi Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controller
The Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controller: Mario & Luigi blends themed design with a range of performance-focused features. The controller includes four dynamic RGB lighting modes that illuminate its Super Mario-inspired artwork.
It also features TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) thumbstick sensors designed to provide greater precision and durability while helping prevent drift. Integrated motion controls add an additional layer of immersion, while a dedicated “C Button” offers quick access to GameChat features.
Players can connect wirelessly with up to 30 feet of range, allowing for flexible play setups. According to Turtle Beach, the controller is built for responsiveness and smooth gameplay, whether players are racing in Mario Kart World or exploring titles such as Super Mario Galaxy.
The Mario & Luigi Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controller will retail for $64.99 USD.
Mario Star Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset
Alongside the controller, Turtle Beach also introduced the Mario Star Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset. Designed for comfort and clear audio, the headset features 40mm drivers aimed at delivering balanced sound with strong highs and lows.

The headset includes over-ear jersey knit cushions to help reduce external noise while maintaining comfort during longer sessions. A flip-to-mute noise-cancelling microphone allows players to easily manage voice chat during multiplayer games.
The Mario Star Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset will launch with a suggested retail price of $27.99 USD.
Both accessories expand Turtle Beach’s growing lineup of Nintendo-licensed gaming gear, combining themed designs inspired by Mario with features aimed at casual and competitive players alike.
