A Lamentable Creature Arrives in Code Vein II
Bandai Namco has released a brand-new character trailer for Code Vein II, introducing players to a haunting new adversary known as The Blinded Resurgence Offspring. This sorrowful being has long since lost its sight, yet its lack of vision is anything but a weakness. Armed with a massive katana, the creature attacks with deadly precision and unnerving speed, striking Revenant Hunters as if it can sense their every move.
The latest trailer offers a chilling glimpse at the Blinded Resurgence Offspring’s tragic presence and ferocious combat style, reinforcing the dark, melancholic tone that defines the Code Vein universe. Despite its blindness, the Offspring’s movements are swift and deliberate, making it a formidable and unpredictable foe that players will need to approach with caution and strategy.
This reveal follows a series of recent character trailers that continue to flesh out the world and its inhabitants. One such character is Holly Asturias, a revenant doctor who operates a secluded clinic deep within a forest. Wielding healing abilities tied to the Luxuria Bloodline, a lineage rumored to be cursed. Holly stands out as both a gifted healer and a mysterious figure. Another notable reveal is Valentin Voda, heir to the prestigious Voda House, one of the strongest revenant bloodlines descended from the Progenitor. Valentin previously led MagMell as a magical research institute, dedicating himself to uncovering the secrets of ancient formae.
Code Vein II is currently available for pre-order on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, with Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Editions on offer.
