Demon Seed Is Aiming for a Q2 2026 Release

The Demo for Demon Seed Is on Its Way

The solo indie game developer Jaro from Wraith Studio has revealed that Demon Seed is scheduled to launch in Q2 2026. The demo of the game is also coming out pretty soon. You can already wishlist the title on Steam to be among the first ones to enter this post-Soviet FPS survival shooter experience.

Demon Seed places you in the opening phase of an apocalypse where familiar streets have turned hostile. You awaken in a city overrun by mindless demons that roam every corner, pushing you to search for supplies, explore abandoned buildings, and uncover anything that may keep you alive. The journey builds your internal strength as much as your physical survival. It will guide you to develop hidden abilities while you navigate an environment that steadily breaks down.

The game offers a full co-operative story campaign that expands once completed, unlocking an Endless Mode where the challenge evolves with every run. A separate Arena mode focuses on intense fights, giving you a space to face bosses and refine your equipment with friends. Each mode aims to create a sense of progression that remains engaging over time.

It also delivers varied, impactful combat by mixing close-range strikes with a wide range of firearms. The boss encounters test timing, awareness, and resource management. Crafting and building systems add room for experimentation. While the procedurally generated cities ensure that no two expeditions feel the same. Together, these elements form a survival shooter that grows with each session and encourages different styles of play.

Demon Seed blends discovery, tension, and cooperation into a world on the edge of collapse, offering a journey shaped by both action and atmosphere.
