Tackle the Challenges in Rogue Climber
Rogue Climber has launched in Early Access on Steam, delivering an expanded version of its fast-paced, first-person roguelike platformer. Solo developer Christian Tuttle, under Imaginary Game Studios, built the game with five unique Chapters filled with fresh environments, hazards, and platforming challenges. You can purchase the game right now for just $6.74 at a 25% launch discount until 4th July. Hurry up and grab your copy and start climbing.
“I want Rogue Climber to be the kind of game where you improve through play,” says developer Christian Tuttle. “It’s all about mastering movement, learning from each attempt, and feeling that real sense of progress. Early Access is the perfect space to keep evolving the game with community input.”

The original demo introduced players to the game’s parkour-style movement and roguelike structure. Now, the Early Access version expands that experience across five visually distinct Chapters. Players will climb through glowing ruins, industrial towers, and surreal, otherworldly landscapes, each with new obstacles to overcome.
Each Chapter uses handcrafted 3D models to generate procedural levels. This system blends unpredictability with intentional design, ensuring that every climb feels fresh while maintaining a consistent tone, structure, and visual identity. Players can expect unique paths, varied layouts, and a strong sense of progression in each run.
The Early Access launch sets the stage for more content and improvements. Future updates will add refined visuals and mechanics across all Chapters, introduce new traps, enemies, and upgradeable items, and unlock Free Play Mode: a never-ending remix of levels and themes. The developer also plans to add light narrative elements to tie the Chapters together.
Rogue Climber now invites players to master its evolving challenges, offering precision platforming and replayability in equal measure.
