Ghost Haunting Revives Point & Click Fun With Mischief, Demons, and a Dash of Heart

Getting Spooky in Ghost Haunting

Daedalic Entertainment has joined forces with the indie developer Three Headed Monkey Studios to announce Ghost Haunting, a brand new 2D point and click adventure steeped in nostalgic charm and dark humor. Designed by a passionate team of 90s kids, the game pays tribute to the golden age of classic adventures with hand-drawn visuals, quirky puzzles, and a spooky yet heartfelt story.

Set in a lovingly animated world filled with ghosts, demons, and questionable logic, Ghost Haunting follows 8-year-old Gigi, a curious and determined child who accidentally discovers that her grumpy grandfather is in fact a legendary ghost hunter. One innocent vacation soon turns into a chaotic mission to bring her late grandmother back from the afterlife. With only her wits and the help of a talking pumpkin demon named Baron Butt(ernut), Gigi dives headfirst into a world that is more dangerous and ridiculous than she ever expected.

Along the way, players will meet an offbeat cast of characters, including a gargoyle labor union and several semi-dead zombies. With its rich pixel art and dialogue full of wit and warmth, Ghost Haunting explores themes of grief, childhood, and the unpredictability of meddling with the afterlife.

Built for longtime fans of the genre and newcomers alike, the game promises an engaging story, puzzles that make sense (mostly), and none of the old school frustration.

Whether you are drawn to its heartfelt storytelling or sharp humor, Ghost Haunting is a hauntingly charming ride into the great beyond. Wishlist now on Steam and get ready for a spirited adventure.
