A Journey of Love and Ghosts

Arm yourself and step into a narrative of memory, love, and duty. Today, Focus Entertainment and DON’T NOD are happy to announce the launch of their RPG, Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. Allowing players to step into the boots of two ghost slayers, the game invites players on an action-packed story involving the afterlife and how it contradicts the job at hand: ghost banishing. Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden allows players to step into the titular role. Introducing players to Antea Duarte and Red Mac Raith, players are responsible for hunting down and eliminating malevolent spirits. However, the job get a bit more complicated. In a job gone wrong, Antea is killed in New Eden. Now, as a spirit herself, Red is torn between his duty as a Banisher and his love for his partner. Interestingly, the game allows players to switch between the two characters. As such, players can experience two vastly different gameplay styles. For instance, Antea focuses on magical abilities. Whereas, Red brings an arsenal of weaponry.
