It is almost time to save the realm. The indie game developer 14 Hours Production has announced the release date for their upcoming title Yolk Heroes: A Long Tamago. This Tamagotchi-inspired idle RPG is coming out on Steam, Itch.io, and mobile devices (Android and IOS) on 19 March 2024.
The realm of Yolk Heroes: A Long Tamago is in great danger. You will become a guardian spirit created by the Fairy Queen. Your main task is to raise elf heroes to protect the land from the Dark Lord. As peril approaches and the minions of the Dark Lord start infiltrating the land, your valiant elves could emerge as the sole beings capable of rescuing this realm.
The game is a charming blend of digital pet games, RPG adventures, and casual Idle games. Guide your heroes from just an egg to becoming an adventurer. Prepare them for various quests to safeguard the realm. As the adventure progresses, your hero will encounter new experiences, equipment, landscapes, bosses, NPCs, and consumables.
However, don’t take this task so lightly because you will be responsible for everything they do. This includes training, providing food, sheltering them to rest, and more. Failing to care for your elf hero or getting defeated in battle will lead to his demise. Don’t worry though as the Faury Queen will provide you with another egg to start all over again.
