Help Ahro Find the Cure
The indie game publisher Nakana.io has announced that it will be launching a new title on Nintendo Switch in 2024. And guess what? It is none other than Oeh Interactive’s upcoming side-scrolling adventure game Ahro. Moreover, the game is also coming to PC via Stea, so, keep your eyes out for this one.
The protagonist Ahro’s story starts when he begins having a frequent breakdown and distressing episodes. However, he experienced a slight relief through herbal remedies. So, he decides to embark on a quest in search of a legendary miracle cure through an imperial-occupied land.
The game focuses on exploration, atmosphere, and story in a very uniquely crafted fictional world full of history and lore. Ahro can release his spirit and travel all across the world to discover new items, places, and secrets. The challenging part is to find ways to access out-of-reach areas and move forward.

I wanted to place the focus on an ordinary character dealing with his own issues and then place the wars, battles, and world-changing events in the background (like it is for most of us).
