A Virtual World of Slaughter
A world of monsters awaits. It’s your job to put them back in the ground. Wield an arsenal of weaponry powered up with elemental magics. Time to get to work. Today, Dead Drop Studios is happy to announce that their arcade shooter, Railbreak, is releasing  Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and on PC, December 22nd. Inviting players to a cyber world of reanimated monsters, the game is an on-rails adventure full of blasting action and dangerous enemies. Of course, the game aims to establish a relic of a genre from the arcade era, bringing modern mechanics to a classic type of game. A trailer for the game gives players a glimpse of the gameplay and art style.Â
Railbreak introduces players to eight unlockable characters, each with their own special weapons and capabilities. Of course, the game has a focus on non-stop action, throwing waves of monster at players. Interestingly, players have an extensive arsenal of weapons and powers that they can use to destroy their enemies. Yet, it won’t always be so easy. As players progress through various levels, they will encounter dangerously powerful bosses intent on ripping them apart.Â
