New Racers Joined the Tracks
Nintendo launched the sixth and final DLC wave for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe just a few days ago on Nintendo Switch. This update Version 3.0.0 came with general updates and fixes, including fine adjustments. Now, the Japanese website Mario Kart Blog (via Meester_Tweester on the Mario Kart subreddit) has revealed the balance changes on vehicles and some extra details about the new racers that joined the race.

Balance changes
– Streetle, Landship, Pipe Frame, Varmint, City Tripper, Comet, and W 25 Silver Arrow have had their Invincibility statistic increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
– Standard Bike and Flame Rider have had their Invincibility statistic increased by a value of 0.50 (2 points).
– Wild Wiggler has had its Invincibility statistic increased by a value of 0.75 (3 points).
– Mach 8 and Sports Coupe have had their Invincibility statistic decreased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
– Teddy Buggy and Inkstriker have had their Invincibility statistic decreased by a value of 0.50 (2 points).
– Every tire except for Roller, Azure Roller, Off-Road, and Retro Off-Road has had its Invincibility increased by a value of 0.25 (1 point).
New characters
– Diddy Kong shares statistics with Cat Peach, Inkling Girl, and Villager (Female), and uses medium vehicle size.
– Funky Kong shares statistics with Wario, Dry Bowser, and Heavy Mii, and uses large vehicle sizes.
– Pauline shares statistics with Rosalina, King Boo, and Link, and uses large vehicle sizes.
– Peachette shares statistics with Peach, Daisy, Birdo, and Yoshi, and uses medium vehicle size.
– 18 Mii Suits were added.
