Cuisineer Cooking Up Roguelite Action

An Adventurous Cuisine

If cooking and adventure are your passions, why not mix them? Sometimes the journey of one thousand miles begins with a single spice after all. Today, Marvelous Europe and XSEED Games are delighted to announce that Cuisineer, the roguelite adventure developed by BattleBrew Productions, is out now on PC. The game invites players to get cooking in a fantasy world full of real-world recipes. Additionally, Cusineer combines roguelite, dungeon crawling, and RPG elements for a unique experience. Of course, a new launch trailer allows players to test their palate with a glimpse of the game.

Cusineer

Cuisineer introduces players to protagonist Pom. Returning to her hometown, she discovers that her parents’ restaurant is closed and they are in enormous debt. Of course, as Pom, players will lend a hand. Adventuring across a unique fantasy world, players will gather ingredients by fighting monsters, and cook delicious new dishes to drum up business for the restaurant.

Importantly, the game allows players to explore various dungeons each with procedurally generated environments, resources, and foes. Interestingly, Pom will face off against these threats with a unique combat system that harnesses the different flavors of food to deal with devastating attacks. Now, obviously, players will also need food-based weaponry. Luckily, Pom can wield an assortment of food weapons such as swordfish, spatula, and even the mighty smackerel. Yet, when you aren’t adventuring, you’re going to need to take care of Pom’s restaurant and ensure it makes a profit with over one hundred real-world recipes.

Players can check out the game in the new launch trailer. Check out the launch trailer below.
