Alone in the Dark Reveals New Gameplay in ‘Looking for Jeremy’ Trailer
A new trailer, ‘Looking for Jeremy,’ has unveiled a fresh glimpse of gameplay from the upcoming Alone in the Dark. As the title suggests, the game plunges players into eerie neighbourhoods and unsettling scenarios, blurring the lines between reality and the unknown. In addition, the gameplay scenes showcase spine-tingling enemies and an environment that keeps you constantly on edge.
What sets this game apart is the dual perspective of its protagonists, Edward Carnby and Emily Hartwood, portrayed by David Harbour and Jodie Comer. Playing as each character offers unique experiences, providing an incentive for players to undertake two playthroughs.
Furthermore, Alone in the Dark serves as a homage to the groundbreaking original. The title reimagines the classic survival horror game with a Southern Gothic and Psychological Horror twist. Additionally, players will explore, battle grotesque monsters, solve puzzles, and unearth the unsettling secrets of Derceto Manor.
The game’s narrative, designed by Mikael Hedberg is set to immerse players in the horror world. The eerie Doom Jazz music by Jason Köhnen promises to create a chilling and atmospheric survival horror experience.
Developed by Pieces Interactive, Alone in the Dark is set to launch on January 16, 2024, on PC, Xbox Series S/X, and PS5. Prepare to delve into a world of terror and mystery as you unravel the enigma of Derceto Manor.
