Deadly Rain Launches on Steam Today

Survive the Horror of Deadly Rain

The Brazilian indie game developer FireRing Studio has released their debut game Deadly Rain for PC via Steam today. You can go ahead and purchase this amazing title for just $19.99 USD right now.

Deadly Rain is a wave-based survival horror first-person shooter game. It takes heavy inspiration from popular games like Left 4 Dead, Call of Duty Zombies, Silent Hill, and Resident Evil 7.

Deadly Rain

In the year 1954, the Soviet totalitarian regime initiated the Fear Project. The main goal is to develop a weapon capable of distorting reality to cause fear and panic to non-state supporters. Years later, they managed to build a nuclear power plant that releases hallucinogenic material through rain.

You find yourself in an abandoned village with a vague sense of reality. The only thing you are sure of is that your ammo is running out and terrible mutants are approaching from all directions. Now, all that is left for you is to try and survive this hell by managing your resources carefully.

Some key features of the game are:

  • Wave-Based Combat: Players will face off against growing hordes of mutants that become increasingly stronger.
  • Resource Management: Survival depends on finding and managing resources effectively, including health syringes and ammunition.
  • Unlockable Areas: Players can unlock new areas by finding hidden keys scattered across the map.
  • Weapon Variety: The game offers over 13 different weapons, including melee options, to combat the mutant threat.
  • High Replayability: The game promises to keep players engaged for as long as their sanity can endure.
