Call of Duty fans, gear up for the much-anticipated release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, set to celebrate the series’ 20th anniversary on November 10. The recent Call of Duty: Next 2023 event unveiled a trove of information, ranging from the multiplayer Beta to exhilarating gameplay elements, leaving players buzzing with excitement.

Beta Access and Maps:

To whet your appetite, an extensive multiplayer Open Beta is scheduled for this month. Pre-orders grant early access exclusively to PlayStation from October 6th to the 7th. In addition, the open beta for all on PlayStation will continue from October 8th to 10th.

Furthermore, Xbox and PC early access begins October 12th to 13th, allowing cross-play from PlayStation players on the open beta to commence on the same date as well.

Finally, All platform’s open beta will launch October 14th-16th.

The Beta boasts seven maps, including five Core maps like Favela, Estate, Skidrow, Rust, and Highrise, each modernized from classic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Two Ground War maps, Popov Power Plant and Orlov Military Base, promise diverse battlegrounds.

Game Modes and Rewards:

Prepare for intense battles across seven different modes, including Team Deathmatch, Domination, and the new Cutthroat mode. Additionally, the Beta introduces a 30-level progression system with rewards that carry over to the launch version.

The game’s multiplayer component focuses on core maps with five classics that are reimagined. Excitingly, modes like Hardpoint and Kill Confirmed are adapted to these classic settings.

Furthermore, movement improvements, weapon progression, and a new Perks system add depth and dynamism. The Aftermarket Parts system lets you modify weapons dramatically, allowing handguns to transform into SMGs and more.

Warzone Evolution:

Warzone fans can anticipate a new map, Urzikstan, housing 11 major points of interest, and various gameplay enhancements inspired by Modern Warfare III’s multiplayer.

Horizontal zip lines, a drivable train, and a Champions Quest for elite players add depth to the Warzone experience. The Gulag mechanic gets a twist with ascending zipwires and Night Vision Goggles.

Zombies in Modern Warfare:

For the first time in a Modern Warfare game, Zombies mode debuts as an open-world PvE experience. Squads can cooperate or go solo to navigate the undead-infested Urzikstan, accompanied by a new storyline, Dark Aether. Expect more enemies, vehicles, and unique rewards.
