Treachery in Beatdown City: Ultra Remix Set to Land on PC, Switch, and Xbox in September

Treachery in Beatdown City About to Get a Massive Content Update

The wait is finally over! Treachery in Beatdown City: Ultra Remix is coming to Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PC via Steam on September 13th. Classic beat ’em up fans won’t want to miss this. The game will be available for $29.99 on Xbox consoles and as a $9.99 update on PC and Nintendo Switch. However, it will be free for those who already own the base game.

Treachery in Beatdown City: Ultra Remix

The game is a new and improved version of the 2020 beat ’em up game Treachery in Beatdown City. The developer NuChallenger announced the game at The MIX with a punchy new trailer. The Ultra Remix will feature three times the beatdown compared to the original game. These include new levels, new enemy types, new music, a newly developed opening tutorial, and enhanced cutscenes.

The game will still take you back to the Beatdown City to beat the hell out of bad people who kidnapped President Blake Orama. Prepare to face intensified assaults, featuring fresh dynamic strikes like dashing maneuvers and acrobatic backflip kicks. The defensive tactics will also be revamped to fend off swarms of enemies.

Immerse yourself in this monumental narrative and content expansion for a game that the LA Times hailed as one “of the most relevant, of-the-moment video games of 2020”. And for those PC users, you can even play as the president himself in Treachery Beatdown City: Gaiden. It is a free-to-play prologue that will come alongside Ultra Remix later this month.

Make sure to check out the official release date trailer.
