Slender: The Arrival Haunting Next-Gens In October

Slender: The Arrival Returns

Sometimes horror is dormant for just a little while. Of course, ten years later, a nightmare returns from the depths of humanity’s collective subconscious. Prepare for the arrival. Today, Blue Isle Studios is delighted to announce the release date for the 10-year anniversary upgrade for their atmospheric horror game, Slender: The Arrival. Coming to next-gen consoles on October 18th, the game is receiving graphical and gameplay upgrades using Unreal Engine 5. However, that isn’t all. Players can also prepare for new content to the nightmare, facing Slender once more, a taste of things to come. A press release provides more details on the upgrade of the game. Additionally, players can watch the trailer for the game as the nightmare continues.

Slender: The Arrival

Of course, the next-gen versions of Slender: The Arrival reintroduces players to the horrific nightmare of the game, only this time, with even more immersive visuals. With Unreal Engine 5, the game is aiming to add even more horrifying details to the experience. Furthermore, the next-gen versions are bringing even more Slender with an entirely new chapter.

“It’s been 10 years since the original launch and we’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to improve and add to the game. There are many more Slender Man stories to tell, and we cannot wait to deliver on these experiences,” says Alex Tintor, Co-Founder & Lead Designer at Blue Isle Studios.

Slender: The Arrival will be arriving on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 on October 18th.
