Experience the Classic Adventure of Tintin
Tintinimaginatio and Microids are happy to announce the release date of Tintin Reporter- The Cigars of the Pharaoh. Pendulo Studios, the Spanish game studio is the developer of this game. It will launch on 7 November 2023 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. The Nintendo Switch version will arrive in 2024.
Tintin Reporter- The Cigars of the Pharaoh is a video game adaptation of Hergé’s classic Tintin comic book of the same name. It is an action-packed adventure game, with a focus on storytelling and puzzle-solving.
After meeting Professor Sarcophagus whilst cruising the Mediterranean Sea, the famous reporter sets out in search of the tomb of the Pharaoh Kih-Oskh. Players will take control of Tintin and his faithful dog Snowy and utilize his journalistic skills to uncover the truth behind the mysterious cigars of the pharaoh. Along the way, they will discover a gigantic drug trafficking network.
The game will feature a variety of locations such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and India. It will also include characters, both familiar and new. The graphics of the game is inspired by Hergé’s original comic book and the music is composed by Inon Zur.
This title is shaping up to be a faithful and enjoyable adaptation of Hergé’s classic comic book. Fans of Tintin and adventure games will definitely want to keep an eye on this game.
