RoboDunk Dribbles Its Way Onto PC and Nintendo Switch

Perform the Biggest Dunk in RoboDunk

Get ready to take basketball to a whole new level. Jollypunch Games just launched their latest game RoboDunk for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. There is also a demo version for you to try on the same platform. The developer describes the game “as NBA Jam meets Rogue Legacy, with robots.”

Robodunk is a fast-paced, arcade-style basketball game with roguelite elements. It is perhaps the first-ever basketball roguelite game. Players control a team of robots and compete against each other in 2v2 basketball matches. It has a variety of different robots, each with their own unique abilities. Moreover, the game has a local multiplayer mode for up to four people, making it a great party game.

The game has an innovative gameplay mechanic as where players can charge up their dunks to earn more points. The longer you hold the jump button, the more points you can score, but the more vulnerable you are to blocks. Additionally, there are plenty of stage hazards as well, including spiky rollers, tornados, jump pads, and meteors.

It also features a variety of weapons that players can use to attack their opponents and disrupt their dunks. Weapons include rockets, lasers, and even a giant boxing glove. They can also customize their robots with different weapons, power-ups, and cosmetics.

The roguelite element increases the replayability of the game. Players can collect upgrades and skill boosts for their robots after winning matches. The upgrades and skill boosts can make their robots stronger, faster, and more agile.

So, what are you waiting for? Gear up to perform a variety of different dunks, from simple one-handed slams to elaborate acrobatic moves.
