Roboquest, Starbreeze’s FPS Roguelite, Launching Fall 2023

Robo-Battle Awaits

Prepare to gear up for battle like never before. Starbreeze Entertainment and Developer RyseUp Studios announced, today, that their FPS roguelite game, Roboquest, is launching on PC and Xbox Consoles this Fall. Inviting players to a unique shooter with randomly generated biomes, Roboquest is bringing a solo and co-op experience to gamers. Importantly, a press release delves into all of the features arriving with the full release of the game. Additionally, a release announcement trailer gives gamers a look at exactly what awaits them in the Fall.

Roboquest

Roboquest places players in the robotic body of a Guardian. Either alone or with a friend players will battle through procedurally generated biomes full of robotic enemies. Importantly, as players proceed they will be faced with a variety of foes and bosses that they will need to blast out of their way. Of course, failure is to be expected. However, even missteps can lead forward in this journey. Every run allows players to upgrade their basecamps and unlock persistent new perks and weapons that will develop a playstyle that fits an individual best. Additionally, there are several different Guardian classes to choose from. Each class provides players with a different playstyle from explosive rocket attacks to stealthy burst damage. Players are truly able to define their playstyle themselves.

Of course, the launch of Roboquest is bringing even more to the game. For instance, over 15 new enemy types, new bosses, a new class, reworked perks, new levels, and more will all await players at the launch of the game. Importantly, gamers can check out the launch date announcement trailer for a brief glimpse of what awaits them. View the trailer below.
