Today, Firestoke and Moonloop Games atmospheric adventure, Hauntii, received a brand new trailer at Gamescom. The game itself combines a unique artistic style with a beautiful soundtrack, aiming to provide players with a truly otherworldly experience. A press release provides more details about the game. Hauntii introduces players to the ghostly world of Eternity. Here, players take on the role of a spirit defending this otherworldly realm from evil hellish versions of the spirits here looking to lead their true versions astray. Interestingly, the game revolves around a unique possess mechanic that allows players to take control of the environment and the creatures that inhabit it. Importantly, each creature has its own unique abilities. Players can use these abilities to battle these evil copies and solve puzzles. Perhaps, the ability can even help players solve the mystery of the glowing race of beings known as Eternians. Additionally, players must explore this realm on a quest to discover the secrets of their own past.
