Moving Out 2 Unpacks a New Adventure This Summer

Moving Day Every Day

In the US, a person will move residences about 11-12 times in their lifetime on average. There will always be another moving day. That is why SMG Studio and DEVM Games is shipping Moving Out 2 later this Summer.

What is different from the first one? Well, the basics are still there. You and up to three of your friends/co-workers will grab all the furniture in a building and pack it into your truck. However, from the trailer the developers have shown, there are some new tricks of the trade to learn.

Moving Out 2

The first game made big efforts to include greater accessibility options. These included improvements to text appearance, such as bolder font and drop shadows. Moving Out 2 is also expected to have these options, as well as the returning Assist Mode, for more generous time limits.

While the levels in the previous games could get pretty hectic, the areas in Moving Out 2 look downright wacky. There are levels with revolving doors, Plinko walls, and jump-pad parasols for throwing furniture.

Perhaps the biggest improvement in this game will be the online multiplayer. That feature is a standard for many games, but don’t forget, the first one only had local co-op.

Moving Out 2 will be coming out on August 15th. It will be available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
