Aliens: Dark Descent Shows Off Story In Latest Trailer
Publisher Focus Entertainment along with developer Tindalos Interactive are set to release Aliens: Dark Descent on June 20th, 2023. The game will be available on PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Ahead of the game’s release in the next week, the developers have released a story trailer showing off new aspects of the real time strategy game. In the game, players take engage in real-time combat against iconic Xenomorphs and brand-new threats. Furthermore, players will grow their army from mere recruits to tactically astute and powerful soldiers while using a range of abilities. Also, the developers have introduced intuitive controls on both the controller and keyboard and mouse input systems. The thrilling gameplay takes place across a fun and unique cinematic experience, with a story filled with secrets, twists and turns.
Here, chaos begins when the Otago spacecraft crash lands on Planet Lethe after a Xenomorph escapes containment leading to the Cerberus Protocol, which prevents ships from landing or leaving the planet. Thus, players must use a cast of popular characters against terrifying enemies and Xenomorphs such as Facehuggers, Praetorians, Alien Queens and more. The story trailer shows off just some of the tense aspects of the game as humans and aliens come face to face. Thus, it appears that the Aliens franchise continues to prosper.
