The Sims 4 Players Can Now Vote on the Next Expansion Theme

Blork the Vote!

EA has their formula for The Sims locked down pretty good. Each new game improves on the customization of Sims, buildings, fashion, and creation. Then, they release even more variety as DLC. That’s a lot of Simoleons! This time, EA is letting players vote on the next expansion kits for The Sims 4.

Until May 21st, EA is opening polls for two kits. One is a fashion kit and the other is an architecture kit. You can choose between a Light and Dark clothing theme. The Light set is very colorful and kind of looks almost too stimulating, visually. The Dark set uses Gothic style and makes you think about death and get sad and stuff.

In the architecture department, players can choose between Medieval and Futuristic buildings. With the Medieval pack, obviously that means castles with turrets, gates, towers, and walls. The Futuristic pack would… well, I don’t know what the future will hold. Maybe there will be sliding doors or something.

Right now, all voters have to go on are concept art drawings. EA likely won’t start working on any more DLC for The Sims 4 until fans have decided. If you need more to see, you can probably just look at previous Sims games. I’m pretty sure all of these options have appeared in one game or another.

The Sims 4 is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
