Call of the Sea Announces Meta Quest 2 Release Date

Time to Set Sail 

It’s time for a journey to the South Pacific. Set during the 1930’s, this tale of mystery is preparing itself for a journey to virtual reality. Today, indie developer Out of the Blue and publisher Raw Fury are happy to announce the Meta Quest 2 release date for their  story-driven puzzle adventure game, Call of the Sea. Releasing for the Meta Quest 2 on April 13th, the BAFTA-nominated game is bringing a mystery of self discovery and adventure to players. A press release provides more details about the game. Additionally, players can check out the VR trailer for a glimpse of the gameplay.

Call of the Sea is an adventure puzzle game, driven completely by its narrative elements. The change to VR is bringing a great deal to players in terms of how they will experience the game. Importantly, players will be able to explore as Norah, the protagonist, like never before. Players will be able to explore a lush island paradise in incredible detail, as they search for clues surrounding Norah’s missing husband. Of course, players will be able to explore lost ruins and subaquatic environments as they make their way across the island. 

Importantly, players can check out the new trailer. The trailer gives fans a glimpse of the gameplay as it translates to VR. Furthermore, players can get a better look at the art style of the game as it appears in the Quest 2. Check it out below.
