Shovel Knight Dig Fate and Fortune Update Has Officially Launched
Yacht Club Games along with Nitrome released Shovel Knight Dig in September 2022, after announcing its release date in August 2022. The game, upon its release, was well received as critics found it to be an engaging and fun title. Since then, the developers have been working on improving the title. The game’s latest update, Fate and Fortune, is now available on PC via Steam and the Apple Arcade for free. Moreover, the free update will release on console at a later date. It introduces a ton of new content for players to enjoy.
The team describes the free update as, “This free downloadable content is packed with even more adventure, including a brand new challenging quest called “Knightmare Mode,” sweet mementos to unlock and show off in the HUB, and tons of quality of life improvements to make your journey even smoother. We can’t wait for you to dive back into Shovel Knight’s epic journey and experience this expansive and FREE addition to the game.” Furthermore, viewers got an in-depth look at the game’s content in a trailer.
