Naughty Dog Reflects On The Last Of Us Series As It Hits 37 Million Sales

Naughty Dog is a major video game developer that has a long history of successful and major titles. The company has done it all with The Last of Us, Jak and Daxter and the Uncharted series. Ahead of the company’s milestone year, Neil Druckmann, the company’s co-president, along with the team, look back at ten years of the franchises and the future of the series.

Neil Druckmann, in the release, stated, “We’re looking ahead to The Last of Us‘ 10th anniversary in June, and we’re so excited to share more with you about the future of this franchise.” Furthermore, he went on to announce an ambitious multiplayer game with a team led by Vinit Agarwal, Joe Pettinati and Anthony Newman. Players will enjoy a new experience, with the core tenets of Naughty Dog games.

Furthermore, in closing, the president noted that there are upcoming projects for the franchise. Soon enough, viewers will enjoy the game’s television adaptation on January 15th on HBO and HBO Max. Furthermore, PC gamers will get their hands on Last of Us Part I on March 23rd, 2023. Moreover, the developers will continue to release more information on the upcoming title as well as interviews and behind the scenes content for the previous games. It is clear the series here to stay.
