Take Stalk of the Situation
The world is celebrating the New Year right about now. We try to put aside all our worries for a few hours, but there are still troubles looming in the back of our minds. The war in Ukraine is still raging, and in spite of that, GSC Game World is still hard at work with STALKER 2.
The developers say that there will not be any more delays, but given the ever-changing situation, who really knows. Still, the hard work they have put into this game has been shown off in the new trailer.
A new trailer, titled Come to Me, bears the fruits of the development team’s labor. We have seen gameplay teasers and trailers, but this one feels more well-rounded and complete. We get the low-down on the story of STALKER 2 and the new dangers we will find in the Zone.

The trailer shows us more about what makes this world the way it is. We also get a look at more action; improved gunplay and how to safely navigate the Zone. If you have played the 2007 STALKER game, you will definitely see the glow-up.
There is currently no official release date for STALKER 2, but the developers are aiming for a 2023 launch. It will be coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and will be a day one release on Game Pass.
