Today Microids Indie is happy to announce the release date for their upcoming genre bending, Pixel beat em’ up game, Scrap Riders. Releasing January 9th, 2023, the game is aiming to offer players an experience that is both narrative and action packed. A press release provides more details on the game. Scrap Riders introduces players to Rast, a member of the outlaw bikers gang Scrap Riders. Of course, players will make their way across a dangerous wasteland full of violence and danger. Importantly, Scrap Riders combines genres to give players a truly unique experience. From a point and click narrative adventure, full of dialogue and choices, to a classic fighting game. Additionally, the setting includes a cyber punk world that stretches across a wasteland and a sprawling metropolis ruled by corporations. Of course, players will run into a whole cast of zany, funny and interactive characters.Â
