PlayStation Teases Spider-Man: Miles Morales For PC In New Trailer
Sony Interactive Entertainment, in a shock release, unveiled a teaser trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. The announcement comes on the heels of the successful release of Marvel’s Spider-Man on PC earlier this year as well as Sony’s State of Play. The teaser trailer however does not mention a specific release date, but it is set to release sometime in Fall 2022. The release date is much sooner than expected! In the thirty-second teaser trailer, fans get a quick snapshot at Miles Morales as he swings his way through the city as well as potential enemies and more. In the game, players as teenager Miles Morales, must adjust to his new home and role as Spider-Man, in the footsteps of Peter Parker. As Miles Morales swings through New York, he realizes that with great power comes great responsibility. Therefore, he must take up the mantle of Spider-Man and save the city.
For years, Sony has been quite controlling of their most popular IPs. However, over the past few years, the company has successfully brought their titles over PC. Thus far, God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, Days Gone and Spider-Man have all seen PC ports. The continued growth of PC gaming and ports by Sony will benefit the industry and PC gamers tremendously.
