Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Introduces Eight Maps In Latest DLC
Mario Kart is one of the most popular video game franchises in the world. Nintendo has released the racing game on consistent platforms over the years. Today, Nintendo has announced that its second DLC, Booster Course Pass Wave 2, will launch on August 4th, 2022. The DLC introduces eight new maps that for players to enjoy in the upcoming days. Interested players can enjoy the game on Nintendo Switch today for the price of $59.99USD.
In Wave 2, players will be able to access new and old tracks that featured in previous games on the Super NES, Game Boy Advance, Wii, Nintendo DS and Nintendo 64. Each course that has been introduced can be played locally and online. Furthermore, the new tracks are split into two Cups, the Turnip Cup and the Propeller Cup.
In the Turnip Cup, players can hit the Tour New York Minute, Mario Circuit 3 from the SNES, Kalimari Desert from the Nintendo 64 and Waluigi Pinball from the Nintendo DS. Additionally, in the Propeller Cup, players can get their hands on the Tour Sydney Spirit, GBA Snow Land, Wii Mushroom Gorge and Sky-High Sundae.
Interested fans can enjoy all six waves of Course Passes for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe at the Nintendo eShop or My Nintendo Store.
In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, players hit the track as their favorite characters from the Mario universe. Some of the main characters include Luigi, Mario, Peach, Waluigi, Bowser and Donkey Kong as well as various maps.
