Prepare to descend into dystopia. Experience all that remains of the human race. Today Robson Paiva and Top Hat Studios are celebrating the launch of their action adventure game, REDO, on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. A press release about the game provides more details. Additionally, the new launch trailer from earlier this month gives players a look at the retro art style, and gameplay, of REDO.Â
REDO introduces players to the decaying city, overrun with horrific bio-machines. However, someone is left behind. Players take on the role of the last human on earth. The dystopian, end-of-the-world comes to life as players explore and fight to survive. The combat of REDO is brutal, methodical, and full of weapon variety. Additionally, the world is full of secrets. As players explore they will uncover deep and cryptic lore left behind by the last of humanity.Â
Of course, as its namesake implies, REDO has a twist. Once players beat the game, they will be able to begin a New Game Plus. However, restarting the game once again will prove much different than the first playthrough. Players must be ready to face the mistakes of the last of the humans, and the way of the world as it is.Â
