Head Banging Demon Bashing

Are you ready to get metal? Then prepare to rock and roll. Today developer The Outsiders and publisher Funcom are excited to announce that their heavy metal FPS, Metal: Hellsinger, is unleashed in demo form with Summer Game Fest. A press release provides more information about the game, as well as, the demo version. Additionally, a new trailer featuring the game’s release date gives players a glimpse at the game.

Metal: Hellsinger introduces players to a rhythmic shooter set in hell itself. Players will use six different, and unique, weapons, shooting, dashing, and killing enemies all in time with the beat. Obviously, defeating enemies in time increases your power and lets you  rip and tear through the hells. Of course, the game couldn’t classify itself as a heavy metal experience without some amazing voices to carry the tunes. Metal: Hellsinger features voices from Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), to Randy Blythe (Lamb of God), and Serj Tankian (System of a Down).

The demo, currently available, can now let players experience a level of rhythmic battle. Set to the vocals of Alissa White-Glüz the demo level allows players to experience all of the metal action. From shooting to dash attacks, to devestating take-downs. Additionallt, players can get a look at all of the action alongside some intense vocals in the new launch trailer for the demo.

Metal: Hellsinger is releasing on September 15th, 2022. It will be available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Currently, it is available for wishlist on Steam and pre-order on consoles. Of course, pre-ordering grants early access by forty-eight hours. So, are you ready to rock?
