Blood Bowl 3’s Third Beta Has Officially Kicked Off

At the Warhammer Skulls festival, Nacon, Cyanide Studio and Games Workshop announced that the third beta phase of Blood Bowl 3, its upcoming title, has officially commenced. The companies have stated that the beta phase will last until June 12th. Fans will have a lot of new content to look forward to including new formations and new features. Gautier Bresard, project manager, released an exclusive video discussing the upcoming content in the beta.

Fans will get their hands on two new formations, the Chaos Renegades and Old World Alliance. The Chaos Renegades are full of diversity and physical advantages, but teamwork and tactics may be an issue. The Old World Alliance is filled with old drinking buddies. The members have raw strength, agility and balance. Players can utilize each character to make the best team possible.

Furthermore, the three new pitches include Chaos Chosen, Nurgle and Dark Elves. Fans must learn to navigate each pitch as some include molten lava and heat while others will have carnivorous plants and a horde of worms. In Dark Elves, players will be faced with mysterious aquatic creatures and an unstable field.

In the game, players will take control of over twelve teams with their own pitches and cheerleaders in an intense football game. The game includes various modes and more customizations then ever before. Blood Bowl 3 is set to launch in 2022 on Switch, PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
