Today Dead Drop Studios is happy to announce that their zombie shooter, Outbreak: Contagious Memories, is available now on Nintendo Switch. Outbreak: Contagious Memories places players in the shoes of Lydia. A woman who awakes in a warehouse and discovers some other survivors of a zombie outbreak planning to leave her behind. Classic. Yet, not one to play a damsel in distress Lydia takes charge. Now players find themselves leading a group of survivors through a city full of the undead.Â
Like others in the genre Outbreak is a game that places the players survival on moment-to-moment decisions. What will you choose to carry? Can you leave some resources behind? Can you easily spot very obvious and convenient notes that seem to be everywhere? Bullets and other resources are scarce. Is killing that extra zombie worth it? Maybe risking some up close and personal fighting is worth the bullet. Just remember medical supplies aren’t around every corner. Of course, there is a lot more than zombie killing to expect. For instance, there are puzzles and lots of cheesy dialogue to look forward to. Additionally, players can also unlock more game modes. So, there is always something to do.Â
