Halo Infinite Season 2 Set To Launch In Early May

Halo Infinite launched in late 2021 and quickly became one of the most popular FPSs in the world. Fans anticipated the launch as Microsoft and 343 Industries hadn’t released a game in quite some time. However, since its release, fans complained that there hasn’t been enough content. Today, the team announced that Halo Infinite’s Season 2 will launch on 3rd May. It will introduce some fresh content for players to enjoy. Halo Infinite is free to play.

The announcement was made via the game’s official Twitter. In a tweet, the team stated, “Prepare to join the hunt, Spartans. Season 2 of Halo Infinite arrives on May 3.”

The twenty-six second trailer shows off some of the game’s combat and a new map. In this season, called Lone Wolves, players will be able to access a new battle pass system, more game modes and new maps. The new maps are showcased in the short trailer, namely, Catalyst and Breaker. Each has their own unique features.

Players will now be able to have fun new experiences in fresh game modes such as Last Spartan Standing and Land Grab. Furthermore, players that own the battle pass will receive special benefits such as a new helmet and more.

The world of Halo expanded recently with the release of the Halo television series from Paramount Studios. Fans have given mixed reviews on the product, as the lore didn’t follow much of the source material. However, finally seeing Spartans on the television screen is progress!
