Free Running Action

Welcome to the city of Hirilun, you’re gonna have to be fast to progress here. You’ll have to be faster still to gain respect. Today, Gone Mad Studio’s competitive free-running game, Hirilun, arrives at full release. A press release provides details about the game and all of its features. Additionally a launch trailer gives players a look at all of action you can expect in the noir world of Hirilun.

The game puts you in the shoes of a free runner in the neo-noir city of Hirilun. The press release describes it as Sin City meeting Mirror’s Edge. And in this city you compete to be the best on the worldwide leaderboards. How, you may ask. By being the fastest. Basically, around the city are critical checkpoints. Your goal is to run, jump, dash, climb, and glide your way throughout the city and hit these checkpoints as fast as possible.

The city itself is full of hidden places and secret paths to make your journey faster. In addition, as you move through the city pick up experience along the way to pause your timer and keep trying for your best time. Keep in mind, you will be able to dash, sprint and glide but these skills have their limit. So you need to keep in mind when to use them strategically.

Of course, the launch trailer gives players a look the mysterious neo-noir style of the game. Additionally, the trailer shows off some of the fast-paced action of the game itself.

Hirilun is out now on Steam, Epic Games, GoG, Humble, and Fanatical. Currently the game costs $9.19 on Steam. Get out there, and be the fastest free-runner in all of Hirilun city. Watch your step, and make sure to grab those experience points, and keep on moving.
