Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Coming to Nintendo Switch in June

Anime Action Comes to Switch 

Prepare to take up your sword as a Demon Slayer. SEGA’s action arena game drawing inspiration from the hit anime, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, is coming to the Nintendo Switch. This June Switch players, and fans of the animated series, can welcome the arena battler to their console. A press release provides more details on the release of the switch version including the content coming with the release. 

Demon Slayer Switch Release

The Demon Slayer game allows players to experience, both, arena fighting and the story of Tanjiro Kamado. Players can play as their favorite characters and do battle. Characters like Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Nezuko are all available. Additionally, players can follow Tanjiro’s story as he aims to turn his younger sister, Nezuko, back into a human after their whole family fell prey to demons. 

The Nintendo Switch version of the game includes everything other platforms have post-launch. This covers characters, including the six newest playable characters, and all updates. Furthermore, Nintendo Switch players can look forward to new online missions as well as all of the balances to combat that have been made previously. 

The launch trailer for the game, that released last year, shows off the combat and animation style. Fans of the animated series can see some of their favorite moments from the show, including prominent characters that appear to be boss battles. Additionally the animation style of the game reflects the show’s own. 

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – the game comes to Nintendo Switch on June 10th 2022. In addition pre-orders for the physical copy are now available. The physical copy includes the full game plus a key for Kimetsu Academy Character, Tanjiro Kamado. So, are you ready to become a Demon Slayer?
