WWE 2K22 Set to Come Out in March in Various Bundles
Sometimes, you just need a little bit of WWE. And thankfully, according to SmackDown hotel, they are ready to give fans what they want. And boy, are they offering a lot of different things for players to enjoy.
While the game will be coming out on March 8, 2022, it looks like there is a big emphasis on getting the bigger packs. Strangely, the big draw in isn’t for pre-order. While there is a pre-order bundle, which offers the Undertaker Immortal Pack (that has three additional personas for the Undertaker), those who pre-order the game do not get can get early access to gameplay- as in, three days before the game release. So, if you really need to wrestle, that could be something to keep in mind.
Instead, for those who really want to play early and get all sorts of goodies to go with it should go with the Deluxe Edition or the nWo 4-Life Edition. There is also the Cross-Gen Bundle, but that does not offer early access; instead, this is a digital WWE bundle that allows for being able to go to either generation of console, but not for cross-play. For example, if wanting to play on the PS4 and the PS5, it would be possible with the Cross-Gen- but not to go PS4 to Xbox One.
The Deluxe Edition for WWE 2K22 will have the UnderTaker Immortal kit, the Starrcade ’96 Rey Mysterio Pack for the Current Generation Game Consoles, WWE 2K22 Season Pass DLCÂ (though the contents have yet to be announced), as well as MyRISE Mega-Boost and SuperCharger packs and the early three-day access.
But the nWo 4-Life Edition has even more than the Deluxe. While it has everything in the Deluxe bundle, including the three-day access, the nWo 4-Life Edition has MyFACTION EVO Cards for Hollywood Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Syxx, Alternate nWo attires for Hollywood Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Syxx, and Playable Eric Bischoff character. What’s more, it contains the WCW Souled Out 1997 and WCW Bash at the Beach 1996 arenas, as well as the unlocked nWo Wolfpac Championship.
It does appear that the WWE 2K22 nWo 4-Life edition contains a lot. But that would be the hope, as the price has currently been set at 119.99 USD. But we will see if even the Standard Edition of the game is worth the price when it’s released.
WWE 2K22 is set to come out on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox X|S, and PC.
