See the New Gameplay Trailer for Saints Row
Following a production delay, the popular Saints Row franchise is moving one step closer to releasing its long-awaited reboot. Deep Silver unveiled their new gameplay trailer at the Game Awards last night. It will give anxious fans of the series a tease of what’s to come.
In the next Saints Row game, players will naturally be trying to dominate the city. It will be up to the player to decide how to lead the Saints. Get a taste of the southwestern city of Santo Illeso in the trailer below.
Saints Row takes place in the biggest sandbox environment in a Saints Row game yet. It features nine districts, all surrounded by desert, as seen in the trailer. The new Saints Row promises to be wild, crazy and action-packed as fans of the series are accustomed too.
The trailer also showcases the various ways players can face off against their rival gangs. Explosives, brand new guns and updated combat takedown moves . There will also be high-speed vehicles including countless types of boats, cars, aircraft and tanks. Not to mention hoverboards and wingsuits as featured in the trailer.
Of course, your character will be highly customizable, and the new game brings more options for customization than ever before. Choose which look will stroke the most fear into the rival Los Panteros, Marshall Defense Industries or the Idols. Or pick whichever you think is the funniest look for a gang leader.
