Geoff Keighley Hints At Major World Premiere During The Game Awards

The Game Awards is an annual award ceremony that honors the achievements of developers and publishers in the video game industry. It started in 2014 and has been hosted by Geoff Keighley since then. This year, The Game Awards is set to take place on Thursday December 9th at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The show will start at 4:30P.M. PT/ 7:30P.M. ET. Today, Geoff Keighley, host of The Game Awards, dropped a major hint via his official Twitter account.

Geoff Keighley stated, Just saw the final cut of The Game Awards world premiere we have been working on with a developer for 2.5 years. Truly honored we are entrusted to share this work with the world.” Geoff Keighley went on to state, “2.5 years sounds like a long time, but summer of 2019 was actually my last global tour to visit developers. I always have so much fun visiting studios and hearing about their projects. Hope to do it again in 2022.”

Fans are excited and left wondering what the game can be. A game in development since 2019 has probably had some leaks, or rumors about it.

The Game Awards is only ten days away, and fans can view the show for free at various websites including Twitch, Youtube, Facebook Live, Steam, Gamespot, IGN and more.
