Warzone’s Overpowered Kali Sticks Still Have Not Been Nerfed

Call of Duty: Warzone’s Kali Sticks Continue to Outclass Its Machine Guns

Call of Duty: Warzone is packed with different type of weaponry, but it looks like its many guns are being outclassed by a pair of wooden sticks. Some fans of the franchise have consistently been complaining about the unreasonable might of the Kali Sticks.

These complaints are not entirely new, but, for some reason, they have not been nerfed despite community outcry. The Kali Sticks have remained unchanged within Call of Duty: Warzone since they were first added to Warzone Season 4 last June.

Not even full armor can stop a one-hit Kali Stick,” wrote one Call of Duty: Warzone player.

The Kali Sticks is melee weapon that can be equipped into the player’s secondary weapon slot. They may seem like merely a stylish replacement for a standard knife attack, but this item is to be feared, especially when opponents step within the player’s three-meter range. Just a few swings from the Kali Sticks can kill enemies faster than a machine gun, apparently.

Call of Duty: Warzone players who use their Kali Sticks are lunged forward towards the enemy that they are swinging at. All they have to do is to start the combo within three meters from the target. From there, it will only take less than a second to kill the opponent—even if they have full health.

The Kali Sticks, just like other melee weapons within the Call of Duty: Warzone universe, have a light lock-on feature that makes them even easier to use. What sets them apart from the others is that they can swing much faster, while dealing a lot of damage per hit at the same time. Most of its damage comes from a single critical strike—which usually occurs during the second hit of the combo. Once the critical strike lands, the fight is pretty much over.
